Seniors Program

Keeping the mind sharp, and the body ambulatory, means engaging the mind and body in ways that improves strengths and tests cognitive abilities, and that means everything from socializing to exercising to matching wits against a Sudoku puzzle. Staying physically active is always ideal. Seniors have a wide range of options for doing just that. Here are some activities that the PCAS Seniors Program offers:

 

Sudoku, Scrabble, Cycle workout (Stationary), Table-Tennis, Computer/Internet lessons, Zumba Step, Tai Chi, Miniature Golf and Arts & Crafts.
